June 25 weigh in :)

Well i thought i was going to weigh in this week and loose nothing however although its a small weight loss its a weight loss!
Starting weight...282.2
Current weight...275
Weekly weight loss...1.2
Total lost...7.2!
Weight left to lose...114.8
 
So im getting closer and closer to my pre pregnancy weight and once i get there i will be so happy and then i can keep going im so excited! Im hoping that i will lose more weight next week but i have to remember that its a process and as long as i keeps working hard it will come off.

June 18th 2011 weigh in!

Well today is a great day! i have done p90x for the past two days in a row and i feel great...i love weight watchers it has been so easy to stick too and so far it works! my weight loss results show that!

Im so stinkin happy i lost 6 pounds this week i cant believe it! I started taking Oxyelite pro on thursday and i think that has also helped plus the workouts and eating right. im soooooo happy! and as promised here is a picture....



yep im still big and i have a tummy but its going away! yay! i hope that i keep this up! well im going to make this short so that i can make a youtube video and do my p90x workout today!

Oxyelite Pro and weight watchers :) and aiden lol

So i have been doing weight watchers for the past week which i love it and i think i will stick with it. now today im starting something i have done before and loved its called oxyelite pro...i love this stuff it give me energy and it helps curb my appetite and its an awesome fat burner! 
We will see if it helps this time because it seems that some of my tricks arent working as well this time around. my body has definitely changed so its going to take me time to figure it out again. 

I have been posting a lot about weight loss and everything so i decided to post a little bit about my little monster lol. He is the strongest little boy i swear and he is very advanced he is already sitting up and he is playing with his toes constantly. I love my little man so much. He can seem at times to be to much to handle alone and if i had a choice i really wouldnt be alone in the but i know im better off without his dad because i would have been so unhappy if i would of stayed with him...but im hoping to find someone one day that will complete my awesome little life :)

well aiden needs my attention lol i will talk to you guys soon love you all!

Ps: i did my p90x workout today :) chest and back woot woot and hopefully abs later

My new app love :)

I LOVE the new app i found. Its a weight watchers points plus calculator and it is down right amazing! If you want the app its called Ultimate point calculator. It was 3.99 now i was hoping that it would be free but 3.99 is soooo much better than 50+ dollars for 3 months of online weight watchers and i mean weight watchers points plus is not hard to figure out.

1. you find out how many points you need to eat...the app tells you this and recalculates it as needed with weight loss
2. add up your points through out the day...the app calculates the points of each food and keeps a log for each day
3. veggies (that aren't starchy like potatoes, corn, and carrots) and fruit are 0 points! yes you can eat as many as you want but eat them in moderation they do have calories
4. Drink lots of water!

there you go weight watchers in a nut shell...easy huh? i like it because im not always hungry and its way easier than counting calories because its all done for me :)

I have decided i will post a picture on every weigh in day which will be on Saturdays and...i will do a video blog as well!

Egh weight loss sucks sometimes...

So...I have decided my body hates me lol i have to switch things up and make it easier on myself so i have decided that im actually going to post my weight cause if i do that i will be more embarrassed about being fat and i will change it quicker...so here we go...

Starting weight...282
Goal weight...160
total pounds to loose...122

yes i know im HUGE! anyway that took a lot of guts for me to do and i need to be more accountable so that is why i needed to step it up and just say screw it and let people know how much i weigh i mean im fixing it so why be overly embarrassed about it. 

Ok so my new things that im doing...
1. I have an app on my phone that calculates what i eat my activities and all that jazz so it will be easier to keep track of everything (its a weight watchers app but its awesome!)
2. I got new shoes! I got nikes and they have a little chip in the bottom of them that keeps track of how far i go and how many calories i burn
3. I'm going to blog more and have a weigh in once a week...i have to for my health
 

So my other thing i need to do is post a before pictures...

Well there we go so...should i post a picture once a week or once a month? which do you guys think is best? 

well i guess im done with this blog for today and i better hurry up and post it before i change my mind lol

Week 3 update

Well i did not lose anything this week which was a bummer but at least i didnt gain anything. Im just going to try harder this week and see what happens who know i just have to keep my chin up and keep going. I have looked at myself in a new light i actually am not as "fat" looking as i think i am which is a good thing and im still as beautiful as i have always been i just need to keep losing weight to be healthier.

Now the most amazing thing that i did this week was that i completed my first 5k! yes i feel amazing i walked the whole thing in in 1 hour and 2 minutes :) i was very very proud of myself so yep im doing great on doing things to improve myself.

well that is all for now because my little man just woke up which he is sleeping through the night again thank god!

Week 3 mid week update

Hey everyone!

Yeah so im getting frustrated about this whole weight loss thing im not seeing the numbers go down at all this week its like they are mocking me...Bleh im doing everything i cut calories and working out bleh i dont know what i could do different im already eating like barely any calories soo....im stuck maybe by eliminating carbs close to bedtime will work i have done that for the past two nights and im drinking a ton of water so who knows im just hoping that i will be able to have good news on saturday instead of i gained weight or i didnt lose anything i guess we will just have to wait and see....
